CEO
Brad Rush founded RBJK Marketing Inc. in 2001 alongside wife Kate, and his parents Ron and Jennie Rush. In 2010, Brad took over the role of CEO and has led the expansion of RBJK Marketing Inc. to 6 regional markets across 5 states. Prior to founding RBJK Marketing Inc. Brad Rush was with Allegis Group, Inc. Brad’s last role with Allegis Group was as Director of Business Operations for Maxim Group/TEKsystems in Houston, TX. Maxim Group/ TEKsystems is an IT Consulting Company specializing in staff augmentation and turn-key operations. Brad’s responsibilities included day to day operations, all personnel decisions, strategic management, and market penetration. Brad’s internal staff consisted of approximately 30 employees that ultimately supported 250 consultants in the field. Brad Rush has his BS Degree from Oklahoma State University and can be found on the golf course when not involved in work.
CFO
Gordon joined RBJK Marketing as CFO in 2022. Prior to RBJK, Gordon was CFO of Gunnison, a provider of vegetation management. Previous roles include leading finance teams for prominent service companies such as ABM and BrightView Landscapes. Gordon earned his BA from Auburn University and MBA from Kennesaw State University. In his spare time, Gordon enjoys international travel with family and friends.
President
Tony Craig opened RBJK Marketing’s Oklahoma City office with partner Brad Rush in 2005 and has been the Regional Director of RBJK Marketing’s Oklahoma City office since that time. His responsibilities included day to day operations, personnel decisions, strategic management, market penetration, and account growth. Previously, Tony enlisted in the United States Navy in 1983. Upon receiving an honorable discharge in 1989, he returned to his home to Oklahoma City where he graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Tony worked in the family business until 1997. Prior to opening RBJK Marketing’s Oklahoma City, Tony worked for Allegis Group Inc. for 8 years. Tony’s last role at Allegis Group was Sr. Account Executive for TEKsystems, is an IT consulting company specializing in staff augmentation and turnkey solutions. In his spare time, Tony enjoys raising his two daughters, attending live music events, and riding his Harley when he gets the chance.
VP of Sales
John Holthaus has been on the team with RBJK Marketing Inc. since December of 2022 as the Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining JAN-PRO, John was the VP of Sales at Sodexo, in their Facilities Management department covering North America and Canada. Before Sodexo, John spent 18 years in a variety of Senior Sales roles with Compass Group in Food and Facilities Management. Additionally, John spent 11 years in sales with Allegis Group where he also worked with Brad Rush and Tony Craig. John holds a BA degree from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Personally, John enjoys spending time with his family. His wife Kirsten and he have 2 grown children Kylie 26 and Ethan 23. As a Maryland native, John enjoys cheering on the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles and watching lacrosse.
VP of Operations
Peter Savoie joined RBJK Marketing Inc. in 2023 and serves as the Vice President of Operations for all RBJK Marketing Inc. markets, including the JAN-PRO offices in Atlanta, Central Alabama, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, and Tucson. Before his tenure with RBJK, Peter was the Director of Operations at Zerorez Atlanta and their 6 satellite markets based out of Norcross, Georgia, and at Frontline Technology Solutions in Winter Park, Florida, where he managed all day-to-day operations. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah, and their dogs Gracie and Thor. He enjoys outdoor activities and can often be found participating in a 5K road race, golfing, or hiking. Peter’s passion for staying active and exploring nature keeps him energized and balanced, making him an enthusiastic and dynamic leader.
Director of Marketing and Franchise Sales
Carter James has been the Director of Marketing and Franchise Sales for RBJK Marketing Inc. since 2022. Responsibilities include oversight of marketing initiatives as well as franchise sales and development across all regional offices. Prior to joining RBJK, Carter owned and operated a wealth management practice in Dallas, TX, advising individuals and business owners in investment, insurance, and business planning decisions. Before his time in wealth management, Carter managed teams in the concrete installation and landscape design and maintenance industries. In addition to his business experience, Carter has a BS Degree and MS Degree from West Texas A&M University. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his wife Hannah and daughter Harper, as well as following his beloved Dallas based sports teams.
Regional Director
Jason Embro has been on the team with RBJK Marketing Inc. since 2010. Jason’s role began as Vice President of Operations with JAN-PRO of Atlanta before transitioning to his current role of Regional Director providing oversight of the Atlanta office in 2022. Prior to joining JAN-PRO, Jason owned and operated North Atlanta Parking Services, managing pay to park facilities and valet parking for restaurants in Buckhead, GA, and worked as a Project Manager for JJE Constructors, Inc. managing day-to-day operations for government contracts in infrastructure rebuild and improvement. When not involved in work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and can be usually be found at a ballpark supporting his daughter Taylor Ann and son Brooks.
Regional Director
Rhonda Gilbert joined JAN-PRO of Central Alabama in November 2018 where she served as Territory Manager until 2019. She was then promoted to Director of Sales in January 2020, then to Regional Director of RBJK Marketing’s Alabama office in June 2020. Prior to her time with JAN-PRO she worked with her husband in his company Paul Gilbert Distinctive Designs, a residential architecture firm. You can find Rhonda either binging Lifetime Movies or at a Goo Goo Dolls concert with her husband Paul when not at work.
Regional Director
Obed Rodriguez has been with JAN-PRO of Phoenix since 2005, starting as a Customer Service Manager and progressing in the company as Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and General Manager. In 2022, Obed was promoted to Regional Director in RBJK Marketing’s Phoenix office leading all day-to-day business operations. Obed is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball with his son and daughter as well as playing piano where he plays weekly at church.
Regional Director
Eric Phillips has worked with JAN-PRO Kansas City since 2015 starting as Operations Manager and becoming Operations Director in September 2017. He was named Regional Director of RBJK Marketing’s Kansas City office in February 2024. Prior to RBJK Marketing Inc., Eric worked in Hospitality management for over 20 years in restaurants and to hotels/resorts developing a strong reputation for team building, cost controls and on-the-fly problem solving. Outside of work, Eric and his wife, Kristen, have 2 young kids that keep them busy. When he’s not trying to turn them into Kansas Jayhawk fans, he attends as many concerts and car shows as he can.
Regional Director
Kim Herod has been with JAN-PRO Louisiana since August 2016, starting as an Office Administrator and progressing through the company as Director of Operations, Director of Sales and Operations, and then General Manager in 2019. In 2024, Kim was promoted to Regional Director of RBJK Marketing’s Louisiana office. She was previously at Paragon Health Services before bringing her talents to JAN-PRO. Kim has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and four sons, as well as volunteering and mentoring as a women’s ministry leader at her church.
General Manager
Matt Watson joined the RBJK Marketing team as General Manager for Appell Striping of Georgia in August of 2024 as General Manager. Prior to joining the Appell team, Matt worked at State Farm as an account manager working with new and current customers. Before State Farm, Matt was a branch manager at Enterprise where responsibilities included sales and operational oversight. Personally Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Kelsey, hiking the trails of Georgia, and exploring new food joints in the Atlanta area.
Director of Operations
William Rivas joined JAN-PRO Tucson three years ago as a Business Consultant and was promoted to Director of Operations in July 2024. He is a proud father of three sons, with his eldest currently serving in the military.
William is passionate about reading the Bible and books that glorify God, which serves as a source of inspiration for him.
Having lived in the United States for eight years, William has taken on a variety of roles with dedication and hard work. His biggest challenge has been mastering the English language, but as he continues to improve, it has opened many doors for his personal and professional growth.
Director of Sales
Alan Schultz joined JAN-PRO of Tucson in September 2018 as a Sales Manager. He was promoted to Director of Sales in July 2024. Prior to his time with JAN-PRO, he was the Director of Marketing for BBB Southern Arizona and has spent a good part of his career in media sales. He has also served as President of the Board of Directors for both BBB Southern Arizona, and Children’s Advocacy Center of Southern Arizona. In his spare time, he is usually spending time with family or watching a Braves game.
